Terms & Conditions — Must read before using 24 Hibajee

1 General Terms

24 Hibajee is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 24 Hibajee and its users.

Any account created using a false age or identity will have all winnings forfeited and the account permanently closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 24 Hibajee, it's important to read the specific rules for each market. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the event is cancelled.
• Any bet placed after an event has started will be treated as a live bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 24 Hibajee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed on events found to involve match-fixing or manipulation may be voided.
• Maximum winnings are determined separately for each market.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final. 24 Hibajee is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to connection issues.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly

• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit after claiming
• Bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met

General Bonus Rules

• If bonus abuse is detected from the same household or IP address, the account will be suspended
• 24 Hibajee's decision is final in all matters related to bonuses
• Promotional offers may be modified or cancelled at any time

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 24 Hibajee:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods
• Using or attempting to hack into another user's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using third-party funds
• Deliberately creating an account using false information

8 Account Suspension & Closure

24 Hibajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is established
• If identity verification is not completed
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Users will be notified by email or SMS before an account is suspended or closed. However, in urgent circumstances, an account may be closed without prior notice.

The right to close your own account

Any user may close their account at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
